Logistics Coordinator

This company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator to join our transportation and logistics team. Previous experience in air import operations is preferred but not required . We are open to candidates who are motivated to learn the logistics business and develop their skills in international transportation. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day air import operations Prepare and process documents required for import shipments Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and related matters Prepare customer invoices and assist with billing activities Coordinate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and other business partners as needed Assist with warehouse-related activities when necessary Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation Perform other duties related to import operations as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in air import, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Japanese and English bilingual skills preferred; English-only candidates are also welcome Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Why Join Us?
