Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining production machinery. Your expertise will ensure seamless operations, uphold safety standards, and maintain the high-quality craftsmanship Lindt is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate manufacturing machines efficiently on a daily basis.

• Perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily manufacturing goals.

• Maintain accurate records of production and equipment performance.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Basic computer proficiency with Windows-based software.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

• Technical aptitude with a focus on machinery operation and troubleshooting.

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including potential overtime.

Pay Details: $16.50 to $21.00 per hour
