Senior Associate

Role & responsibilities : Manage US accounting and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Maintain and update accounting records for a diverse portfolio of USA-based clients. Perform period-end closing of books and review GL accounts for timely closure. Collaborate with client leadership to meet SLAs and create necessary documents, such as SOPs. Liaise with team managers and US clients, providing daily work updates. Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS/Ind AS and experience in QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage preferred. Handle budgeting, variance reporting, and preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet). Develop financial dashboards and business intelligence KPI reporting. Preferred candidate profile Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Prior experience with QuickBooks/Xero and US accounting roles is required.
