Benefits Coordinator (Contract) | Charlotte, NC Are you a detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator who enjoys helping employees and keeping benefits processes running smoothly? We are partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a Benefits Coordinator to support benefits administration for a diverse employee population across multiple organizations. In this role, you'll serve as a key resource for employees, HR teams, payroll, and benefits vendors, helping ensure accurate enrollments, billing reconciliation, and a positive employee experience.
