Senior FP&A Analyst

As our Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of reporting and budget management, partnering directly with executives and VPs to steward their budgets while driving the strategic priorities that matter most to their groups. You'll help shape our short- and long-term consolidated financial models, and your work on critical metrics and our Adaptive model will directly influence how Pluralsight plans for growth. If you thrive on continuous improvement, welcome feedback, and see yourself as a team member first, this is a role where your analysis won't just sit in a spreadsheet — it'll shape real decisions.What you’ll do:Guide decisions on where the groups you support should invest to drive company growthImprove budget processes and reporting outputs used in board presentationsOwn reporting on budget-to-actuals, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning for your groupsDeliver key inputs that feed Pluralsight's short- and long-term financial modelBuild ad hoc models to support cross-functional business initiativesPartner closely with executives and VPs to keep budgets and strategic priorities alignedExperience you’ll bring:A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or another analytics-related fieldHands-on experience managing budgets and producing reporting for leadershipStrong Excel and GSuite skillsExperience building complex financial models and a genuine knack for problem-solvingA self-aware, proactive communication style and a collaborative, team-first mindsetAdaptive experience is a plusRequirements:Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.Hybrid Work Model: This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors.
