Healthcare Recruiter: Partnering to Hire Top Talent

Unknown Company in Dallas is seeking a hands-on Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, determine staffing needs, and manage end-to-end recruitment in a hybrid environment. You will screen resumes, interview candidates (phone or in person), coordinate assessments and background checks, and present offers for exempt and nonexempt roles.
Responsibilities include advertising programs, coordinating internal transfers, maintaining ATS data, and building strong client relationships to meet staffing
