What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology and mixed acuity patients, including stem cell transplant patients and CAR-T therapy recipients.
• Manage complex patient needs such as blood product administration, central line care, and dysrhythmia interpretation.
• Use electronic medical records (EPIC) for accurate charting and documentation.
• Monitor telemetry, respond promptly to rapid response teams, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer chemo and supportive therapies in accordance with certified protocols.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio nursing license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year MS and oncology nursing experience
• EPIC charting experience
• Skills in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, blood product, and IV line management

Preferred:

• ACLS certification
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification
