Communicate customer feedback and questions to appropriate team members. Support customer engagement and promotional initiatives. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
