Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift
Position: Reach Truck Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced Reach Truck Operators to support warehouse operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for safely operating reach truck equipment, moving materials, staging product, and supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach truck equipment to move and stage materials
• Load, unload, and transport product throughout the warehouse
• Pick, put away, and replenish inventory as needed
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track product movement
• Maintain accuracy with inventory, locations, and order fulfillment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications

• Recent reach truck experience required
• Previous warehouse, material handling, or distribution experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday – Friday on assigned shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and moving materials

Work Environment

• Warehouse/distribution setting
• Exposure to moving equipment and warehouse traffic
• PPE required as applicable
