Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative-- B2B SaaS -- Hybrid (Midtown Manhattan) We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company helping physician groups capture more reimbursement and reduce administrative overhead across their patient population. We are hiring two BDRs to own the top of our outbound pipeline — identifying and qualifying high-fit accounts, opening conversations with the right decision-makers, and handing off warm, well-researched opportunities to our sales team. Role summary This person will run prospecting sequences, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and partner closely with Growth Directors to keep pipeline moving. The right hire is disciplined, organized, and commercially minded — someone who takes pride in clean CRM hygiene, sharp outreach, and tight handoffs. This position reports directly to the VP of Growth. What this role owns Partner and collaborate with Growth Directors to identify top targets based on ICP and market trends Research and prospect into target accounts across our core market segments Run outbound sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting operations and revenue decision-makers Qualify inbound leads against defined criteria before they reach the Discovery or Demo stage Maintain clean, accurate activity records and pipeline data in HubSpot Surface objection patterns and field intelligence to improve outreach messaging over time Partner with Growth Directors to ensure handoffs are tight and prospects are well-prepared entering discovery What success looks like A consistent volume of qualified, well-researched opportunities reaching the demo stage Articulating various value propositions across various medical specialties with strong objection handling skills Top priority is building qualified sales pipeline to 3X team quota Team-player mindset and ability to operate in an ever-evolving environment HubSpot is clean, sequences are active, and activity is logged without being prompted Objection patterns and market feedback are being captured and shared with the team Required experience 2+ years in an outbound BDR or SDR role in a B2B SaaS environment; experience selling to healthcare executives is highly desired for this role HubSpot experience is required — you should be comfortable managing sequences, logging activity, and maintaining pipeline data Strong written communication and a disciplined, process-driven approach to outbound Comfortable engaging senior operations, finance, or revenue decision-makers Preferred experience Experience in healthcare technology and uncovering qualified opportunities in large physician groups or health systems Experience positioning strong value proposition to healthcare C-suite/executives Experience working alongside a structured sales team with defined ICP and handoff criteria 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Equity options included Candidate profile Disciplined and process-driven, not just energetic Takes ownership of pipeline quality, not just activity volume Comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment Coachable and commercially curious Midtown Manhattan hybrid — comfortable working in office regularly #J-18808-Ljbffr Clinii
