Position Overview

We are seeking polished, client-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our luxury showroom. In this role, you will guide discerning customers through the discovery of their ideal high-performance or luxury vehicle, create memorable ownership experiences, and cultivate long-term relationships in a sophisticated, tech-forward environment.

Whether you bring proven luxury sales experience or a strong background in high-end customer service and a drive to excel, we provide comprehensive training, advanced tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a white-glove customer experience by greeting and engaging clients both in-person and through digital channels with professionalism, discretion, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Listen carefully to client needs and expertly match them with the perfect vehicle from our curated collection of luxury vehicles including McLaren, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, BMW models and more.
• Conduct refined vehicle presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations that highlight performance, craftsmanship, and exclusivity.
• Guide clients through the purchase process with elegance and transparency — closing deals while upholding a consultative, pressure-free approach.
• Build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow-up, personalized communication, and exceptional service that generates repeat business and referrals among an upscale clientele.
• Stay current on new model launches, exclusive features, promotions, and luxury industry trends.
• Collaborate seamlessly with finance, service, and detailing teams to deliver a flawless, one-team client journey.
• Help maintain an immaculate, inviting showroom and meticulously presented vehicle inventory befitting a luxury brand.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive or luxury retail sales experience preferred (we provide robust training for motivated professionals with strong high-end customer service backgrounds).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — polished in person, over the phone, and across digital platforms.
• Genuine passion for luxury and performance vehicles and helping discerning clients find their ideal drive.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed at a high level.
• Professional, outgoing presence with a team-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and select holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
