Leads talent assessments, succession planning, and workforce analytics to drive leadership development and enhance organizational effectiveness with substantial impact on departmental results. Specific activities may change from time to time.1. Works to achieve operational targets with substantial impact on the talent management and organizational development job area results.2. Directs and reviews in-depth talent assessments and organizational design analyses.3. Plans and manages leadership and management succession initiatives.4. Administers performance measurement systems to monitor and improve employee performance.5. Guides teammate engagement research and workforce planning analytics.6. Collaborates with business partners to identify talent gaps and develop targeted solutions.7. Recommends and implements improvements to talent management processes and programs.8. Manages organizational development initiatives and projects to strengthen workforce capabilities.9. Provides expert guidance on talent-related policies, best practices, and compliance.10. Analyzes talent needs and recommends innovative, scalable solutions to address skill and performance gaps and business challenges.QualificationsRequired QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in talent management and organizational development.3. Project management experience.4. Advanced expertise in talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce analytics.Preferred Qualifications1. Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.2. Experience in the financial services industry.3. Formal project management training or certification (PMI).4. Professional certification in HR related disciplines.5. Proven experience with HR analytics platforms and strategic workforce planning.6. Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-wide talent management and organizational development projects, programs, or initiatives.7.
