Our sister location in Atlanta, SAGE PREP is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and highly engaging Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing team. As a boutique early learning school, we believe even our youngest scholars thrive when provided with high expectations, meaningful instruction, hands-on exploration, and opportunities to think, communicate, and create every day.

Our classrooms are joyful, energetic, and filled with discovery. Through intentional instruction, engaging projects, rich conversations, music, movement, literacy, and age-appropriate learning experiences, our scholars develop the confidence and skills that prepare them for lifelong success.

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where scholars feel loved, respected, and encouraged to learn.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate lessons that promote early literacy, language, mathematics, science, creativity, and social-emotional growth.
• Guide scholars through engaging projects and meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and critical thinking.
• Foster independence, confidence, communication, and positive classroom habits.
• Observe and celebrate each scholar's growth while supporting individual developmental milestones.
• Build strong relationships with families through positive communication and partnership.
• Maintain a well-organized classroom that reflects excellence in learning and safety.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to provide an exceptional educational experience.
