Concrete Laborer

Job Opportunity
You will perform general labor and carpentry tasks on new commercial jobsites, assisting experienced tradespeople with material handling, preparation, and concrete finishing work while using a variety of hand and power tools.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm (hours may vary depending on project needs)
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and carpentry tasks on new commercial construction sites
- Assist experienced crew members with material handling, staging, and preparing materials for use.
- Spread, level, smooth, and finish poured concrete surfaces, including floors and walls.
- Use hand and power tools such as rakes, shovels, hand or power screeds, and floats to complete concrete and carpentry tasks.
- Support rough and finish concrete and carpentry work, including tasks related to forming, shoring, and reinforcing.
- Work with rebar and other reinforcement materials as directed by tenured employees.
Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cottage Grove, WI.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
