Project Manager

Project ManagerInsight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data center projects from mobilization through commissioning and client handover. The Project Manager will hold overall accountability for project safety, cost, schedule, quality, and team performance while leading multidisciplinary teams across construction, project controls, contracts, supply chain, logistics, HSE, and technical functions.Required Skills & Experience:5-10+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale construction, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects2-3 years of experience with data center projectsProficiency with P6 - ability to read schedulesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldProven experience managing full project lifecycle delivery from mobilization through turnover and client handoverStrong experience with cost control, forecasting, budget management, and margin protectionExperience driving schedule management, schedule recovery, and project execution under compressed timelinesDemonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, vendors, and suppliersExperience managing project risk, issue resolution, change management, and client-facing communicationsStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience:Background managing multiple contractors and complex stakeholder groups on large capital projectsExperience overseeing project controls, contracts, procurement, logistics, and construction functionsFamiliarity with GMP, cost-reimbursable, or EPC project delivery modelsExperience leading client performance reviews, executive updates, and project governance initiativesProfessional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent project management credentials
