Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed09:00 AM - 05:00 PMThur09:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri09:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security‑related concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including public areas, offices, entrances, and the exterior perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns. Monitor entry points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, disturbances, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts. Support closing and opening routines, assist with alarm‑related responses when appropriate, and communicate clearly with management, staff, and/or first responders during security‑related events. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
