Responsibilities Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and manage patient care Perform triage assessments to determine the priority of patient needs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history Assist with medical procedures and emergency interventionsEducate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques Participate in discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions of care Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of SC Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg experience Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols Proficient in triage assessments and prioritizing patient needs Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations Effective communication skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred Join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional emergency room care.
