Delivering compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic assistance to individuals in distress, working remotely while maintaining a professional and solution-focused service experience. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing emotional distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and urgent safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of one year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services North Carolina residency required for remote work Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance in a distraction-free workspace Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts post-training
