Title of Position: Hospitality Manager

Job Description: The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for executing exceptional customer service. The Hospitality Manager and the rest of the Management Team will be responsible for training and developing staff and ensuring that all company policies, procedures, and guidelines are always followed. Financial reports and the achievement of financial goals will be the responsibility of the Hospitality Manager. The Hospitality Manager must have an open line of communication between FOH, BOH, and Management. The Hospitality Manager must always lead by example, with the highest integrity, and will provide all guests with exceptional customer service. Hospitality or Service Manager experience is a perk.

Qualifications:

• The Hospitality Manager must have 2 + years of high-volume restaurant management experience
• A requirement for the Hospitality Manager is a passion for development and mentoring others
• The Hospitality Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results and must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• The Hospitality Manager must be extremely guest-oriented and possess strong leadership skills
• The Hospitality Manager must possess a valid driver's license, must be eligible to work in the United States, and pass a background check.
