Location 2801 Neuse Blvd., New Bern, NC 28562, USA 500 Military Cut-Off Rd., Wilmington, NC 28405, USA Salary US $75,000–$80,000 (DOE) plus full benefits and professional development support. Schedule Flexible Monday‑Friday hybrid with variable regional travel estimated at 20%–50% per month, primarily to EMPOWER sites (New Bern, Ahoskie). Work‑related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay; a travel vehicle may be provided. What You’ll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement and measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, IC, ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in‑service training and represent ESPH at professional conferences. Minimum Qualifications Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC. 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred). 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time‑management skills. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings.
