Now Hiring: Senior Commercial Property Manager (Onsite) We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Property Manager to lead operations for a multi‑building portfolio. This onsite role offers full ownership of property performance, team leadership, and close collaboration with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations, maintenance, and inspections Lead building engineers and manage vendors Drive capital projects and tenant improvements Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization Ensure compliance, safety standards, and building policies Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite stakeholders Qualifications 7+ years in Commercial Property Management Experience with multi‑building or complex portfolios Strong financial and budgeting expertise Knowledge of building systems preferred Experience with Yardi or similar tools Strong leadership and communication skills If you’re ready to take ownership of a high‑impact portfolio, let’s connect.
