Administrative Officer 3
Bachelor's degree. Two years of administrative experience is required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
The Administrative Officer 3 provides administrative, analytical, and operational coordination in support to the RER Strategic Project Operations Manager in planning and implementing departmental technology and modernization initiatives. The position assists with coordination between the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (RER), the Information Technology Department (ITD), and the Business Architect Unit to identify operational needs, coordinate hardware and software requirements, and track the completion of related activities. Responsibilities include supporting the assessment, relocation, replacement, acquisition, and surplus disposition of departmental technology assets, and collaboration for space planning.
