Job Description

Job Description

Make a Meaningful Difference in the Places That Matter Most. Are you a dedicated RN with a heart for hospice care? We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team, providing skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. If you are passionate about supporting patients and their families through life’s most delicate transitions, we invite you to bring your clinical expertise to a role where your empathy is as valued as your skills. This role is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM in Dallas County. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency; and assume the responsibility for coordination of care.

Established in 1934, the Visiting Nurse Association of Texas (VNA) is a non-profit organization providing compassionate care to the community. As the first and most experienced Hospice Care provider in Texas, VNA has a trusted reputation for delivering high-quality care for over 90 years.
