Personnel Specialist

Job Description and Duties Join the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) as a Personnel Specialist (PS) in the Transactions Unit Supervisor team. Under close supervision at the entry level and general supervision at the journey/advanced level, the PS performs the full range of personnel and payroll functions for assigned units in accordance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, bargaining unit contracts, policies, and procedures. Working Conditions Hybrid Telework is available; additional in‑office days may be required. Emergency response duties may require irregular hours, travel, and relocation.
