You'll help patients navigate their pharmacy experience while working closely with our internal teams.You'll:Answer incoming patient calls, texts, and messages with professionalism and positive energy.Assist patients with questions about prescriptions, orders, appointments, and pharmacy services.Schedule and coordinate patient appointments in the EHR.Listen to patient concerns and help determine the appropriate next steps.Route clinical and pharmacy-related questions to the appropriate team member.Accurately document patient interactions in CRM and EHR systems.Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in both English and Spanish.Help resolve issues and provide timely follow-up when needed.Support administrative and pharmacy operations.Help create a patient experience where people feel heard, respected, and cared for.What Makes You a Great Fit?We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.Required QualificationsFluent in English and Spanish — spoken and written1+ year of high-volume call center experience1+ year of experience working with CRM or EHR softwareHigh school diploma or GEDStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizationAbility to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and sound judgmentProfessional, positive, patient-focused attitudeComfortable learning new technology and systemsMust successfully complete a routine criminal background checkImportant: Candidates must have a copy or clear photo of their high school diploma or GED available to submit upon accepting an offer.About Village Lane PharmacyWe're more than a traditional pharmacy.Village Lane Pharmacy is a growing mail-order pharmacy specializing in customized compounded therapies and wellness solutions.
