Business Data Support Analyst

Supporting business teams with reporting and data analysis, the full-time Business Data Support Analyst will prepare management reports, investigate data discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Clarify and prioritize business data requests while preparing and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards Perform ad hoc analysis to address business questions and support operational decision-making Investigate data discrepancies and coordinate with technical teams to resolve reporting issues Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field Proficiency in Python or similar analytical programming, with strong SQL experience preferred Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting or business intelligence tools Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills Experience in lending or financial services and data reconciliation is preferred
