BOH Supervisor

Summary The BOH Supervisor oversees back-of-house operations for the store, ensuring efficient receipt, processing, and storage of merchandise. This role leads a small team to maintain inventory accuracy, timely flow of product to the sales floor, and compliance with safety and loss-prevention standards. The supervisor partners with store leadership to support operational priorities and team development. Responsibilities Supervise and coach back-of-house associates, including scheduling and task delegation. Receive, inspect, process, and organize incoming shipments accurately and timely. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stockroom organization, and system updates. Coordinate product flow to the sales floor and support visual/merchandising needs as required. Enforce safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures in the stockroom and receiving areas. Requirements Previous experience in retail stockroom, receiving, or warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and comfort using inventory or point-of-sale systems. Ability to lift and move merchandise (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs) and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
