Power the Growth

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to analyze business performance and identify profitable growth opportunities.
• Assist in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
• Analyze trade spend investments, promotional effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI) opportunities.
• Develop financial models, reports, and dashboards that support business decision-making and performance tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, forecasting accuracy, and analytical capabilities.

Work Schedule:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
4 days in-office | 1 day remote

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field required.
• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, consulting, banking, or other analytical roles. Recent MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in consumer products, food & beverage, retail, distribution, or related industries preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required; Power BI, Tableau, SAP, D365, or similar tools preferred.
• Understanding of customer profitability, trade spend, pricing strategies, and revenue growth management concepts preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow within a dynamic organization.
