Location: Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our client's growing team in Kearny Mesa. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers resolve issues while providing exceptional service.

The Customer Relations Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include addressing questions, resolving concerns, documenting interactions, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, patient, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

This position will be an ongoing contract role expected to last approximately 9-12 months.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
  
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  
• Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
  
• Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude while meeting service goals
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of call center experience or high-volume customer service experience required
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Ability to remain professional and composed during challenging customer interactions
  
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
  

Assignment Details:

• 9-12 month contract role
  
• Onsite role
  
• Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, CA
  
• Compensation: $25.00-$28.00 per hour DOE
  
  
• Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
