Service Desk Administrator

Description

We are looking for a , hands-on Service Desk professional who can resolve complex customer issues and also serve as the functional administrator and builder for Freshservice as we implement the platform. This person should be comfortable working directly with customers, including executives and high-visibility situations, while also configuring and improving the ITSM platform behind the scenes. This will be a hands-on role, not a purely back-office platform administrator. They need enough Service Desk credibility to understand the operational impact of what they build and enough Freshservice depth to help us avoid relying entirely on outside configuration resources.

• Ideally 5+ years of progressive IT support experience, ITIL Foundation, and direct Freshservice administrative/build experience.

• A continual-improvement mindset: using ticket and platform data to identify trends, eliminate recurring issues, improve workflows, and coach the Service Desk on consistent process execution.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
