Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, implementing a variety of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with specific goals and interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention initiatives, performing risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance the therapeutic experience and promote community support among clients.
