Overview Advanced Robotics Equipment Support. Assist in operating the robotic transport system that moves chips through the factory. Timeline and Requirements Paid entry‑level training role. Key Responsibilities Learn to run high‑tech robot transport systems: complete a month of classroom training and then support and improve the robotic highway. Fix technical problems: diagnose and repair hardware promptly to keep machines running. Build technical skills: maintain factory operations, identify improvements, and advance into a long‑term technology career. Adhere to essential functions: work in a smoke‑free environment, lift up to 40 lbs manually, stand for 12 hours, and work weekends. Technical Qualifications Hands‑on repair: skilled with tools and able to fix mechanical issues quickly and accurately. Computer literacy: fast typist; proficient in Excel for data logging. Strict process adherence: follow SOPs exactly without skipping steps. Assessment and Hiring Process A 45‑minute, 5‑section assessment must be completed immediately after applying. Assessment sections include Basic Math, Typing Speed (≥35 WPM), Excel Proficiency, Critical Thinking, and a Virtual Interview. Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screen before receiving an offer. Essential Functions Working in a smoke‑free environment. Manual lifting up to 40 lbs.
