Student Assistant - Technology (Open to Work Study and Non-Work Study)

Student Assistant – Technology Location: Austin, TX | Hours: 7.5 per week | Duration: Until Dec 31, 2026 Salary: $12.00 – $14.50 per hour (dependent on experience and tenure) Responsibilities Collaborate with the Instructional Design and Distance Learning teams on technology‑related projects. Provide support to OnRamps staff, instructors, and students on technology issues. Assist in course development and accessibility remediation projects. Perform data entry, management, and reporting in the OnRamps learning management system and other research‑ and business‑management platforms. Maintain OnRamps technology documentation for the 2025–2026 academic year. Complete various administrative tasks, including copying, filing, and transcription. Required Qualifications Current undergraduate student with at least one year of experience in a professional office environment. Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Professional conduct and appearance; punctual, reliable, and responsible. Contact information for at least one professional or academic reference. Preferred Qualifications Academic interest in Education, Instructional Technology/Design, Business, Communications, Computer Science or related field. Knowledge of local, state, and national dual enrollment and college‑readiness initiatives/programs. Experience providing customer support.
