People Operations Specialist - Monday to Friday, Days

That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join us. In this position, you’ll support the day-to-day administration and execution of core HR processes, employee lifecycle transactions, HRIS data management, compliance activities, reporting, and employee support services. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR administrative processes while supporting organizational compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience. Your daily tasks will include: HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support Process employee transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and documentation Prepare and maintain employee records and personnel files Support employee document management and record retention practices Manage HR workflows, approvals, and administrative processes Coordinate employment verification requests and employee documentation needs Support employee communication initiatives and distribution of HR information Assist with organizational updates, reporting relationships, and employee data maintenance HRIS Administration & Data Management Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy Process employee data changes and system transactions Run standard HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies Support HR system testing, upgrades, and implementation activities Maintain electronic personnel files and document repositories Troubleshoot basic HRIS issues and provide end-user support Assist with workflow configuration and process improvements Compliance & Documentation Support Maintain I-9 records and employment documentation Oversee E-Verify administration and compliance requirements Support internal and external audit preparation and documentation requests Ensure personnel files remain compliant, organized, and audit-ready Track required compliance training and supporting documentation Assist with policy distribution and acknowledgment tracking Monitor recurring compliance deadlines and reporting requirements Support record retention and document management practices Reporting & Operational Support Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports Assist with workforce data analysis and reporting requests Maintain HR dashboards and reporting documentation Support process documentation and standard operating procedures Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and data quality Assist with special projects and People Operations initiatives Employee Support & Service Delivery Serve as a first point of contact for HR administrative and operational questions Provide employee support related to HR processes, policies, and systems Escalate complex employee relations or policy matters appropriately Maintain high responsiveness and customer service standards Support employee onboarding and orientation activities Coordinate administrative HR tasks and employee communications Promote a positive employee experience through timely and professional service In this role, we'll expect you to have: Attention to Detail Confidentiality and Professional Judgment Organization and Time Management Customer Service Orientation Problem Solving Adaptability Communication Skills Accuracy and Accountability Process Orientation Team Collaboration Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Administration experience Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management Experience supporting HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes preferred What we offer: Competitive pay and benefits: health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401k with company match Free coffee and snacks Personal and professional development opportunities A fun and engaging position in a fast-paced environment A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done An opportunity to work in a modern fulfillment facility Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!
