Position Highlights

* Specialty: Primary Care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

* Open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of completing residency)

* Position Location: Canton Family Practice (Canton, NY), Gouverneur Hospital (Gouverneur, NY), Massena Hospital/St. Lawrence Internists (Massena, NY) * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week * Call Coverage Requirements: Continuity of care call required * Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic working with Primary Care Physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff * EMR: Epic * Opportunities for mentorship, and program development available

* Base salary range of $200,000-300,000*
