Project Engineer I - Mechanical

Join a leading commercial construction and energy services team as a Project Engineer I - Mechanical based out of Seattle, WA. This role contributes to high-profile projects across commercial mechanical and works alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality, and growth.
- Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and on budget. Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Coordinate with field leadership, engineering, and trade partners to keep work on track.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, billings, and project documentation.
- Lead client meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risk.
- Mentor project engineers and coordinators while supporting overall team performance. Compensation and Logistics:
