Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a General Labor for our client. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations by maintaining finished product specifications, controlling waste, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Efficiently and effectively trim and handle products.
• Maintain and uphold finished product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist in controlling waste throughout the production process.
• Follow all established standards and production requirements.
• Follow GMP, PPE, safety rules, and company procedures.
• Maintain required attendance and punctuality.
• Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Line Lead.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, and kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to stop, lift, and bend throughout the shift.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow GMP, PPE, safety, and quality requirements.
