Role Description

We are seeking a motivated, professional Insurance Producer for a full-time hybrid position based in El Cerrito, CA, with flexibility to work in-office and remotely as needed.

The Insurance Producer will be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying customer insurance needs
• Generating leads and developing new business opportunities
• Conducting insurance consultations
• Preparing quotes and proposals
• Explaining coverage options clearly and professionally
• Closing insurance sales
• Managing client accounts and policy servicing
• Assisting clients with questions and policy changes
• Guiding personal, commercial, life, and employee benefits insurance solutions

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.

• Life & Health License required.
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply:

• Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
