About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support team member to join our sales team, working closely with other team members to support day-to-day sales operations. This entry-level role covers customer communication (phone, email, live chat) and entering manually submitted purchase orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Enter manually submitted purchase orders
- Verify order accuracy before processing
- Help troubleshoot and resolve order issues, escalating as needed
- Support the sales team with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of customer service, order processing, or sales support experience
- Comfortable handling multiple communication channels
- Detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Reliable team player, comfortable in a small-team, in-office environment
