Veterinary Specialty Hospital - North County (VSHNC) in San Marcos, California is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join its growing emergency team. Hospital Overview Full‑service specialty hospital offering Internal Medicine, Surgery, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Emergency and Critical Care. Located in San Marcos, California, VSHNC provides a supportive and innovative environment for veterinary professionals. Qualifications Internship‑trained or 2‑3 years of ER experience. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $195,000 / 25% production for 13 shifts per month, or $150,000 / 25% production for 10 shifts per month. Overnight stipend of $500 per shift. Medical, dental and vision coverage. 401(k) with employer match. Paid time off, including sick time. Work Schedule Standard 13‑hour shifts.
