Relationship Banker

Primary Office Location: 80 W Streetsboro St. Hudson, Ohio 44236. Position Overview This role is a Relationship Banker in the Retail Business Unit, reporting to a manager based on assignment. The incumbent will develop proficiency in consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending, execute branch leads, and identify opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The role requires adherence to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and core values, visiting various locations within the market as needed. Primary Responsibilities Promote the sales process through greetings, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling. Make appropriate recommendations in the selling and cross‑selling of bank products and services. Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager. Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions. Use approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants. Complete the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Perform routine operational duties, including teller transactions and other operational tasks per established policies and procedures. Perform other related duties and projects as assigned. Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks per FNB’s risk management program. Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Zero years of related experience required; preferred experience in a related position. Excellent customer service, communication (written and verbal), organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and capable of using personal computer and job‑related software. Proficiency in MS Word (basic), MS Excel (intermediate), and MS PowerPoint (basic). Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products and services, sales, and customer service skills. Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but required.
