Responsibilities

Identify consumable design and process improvement opportunities supporting business growth
Define user requirements, conduct risk analysis, and execute design transfers for medical devices
Lead cross-functional teams through technical process and equipment improvement projects
Draft and execute verification and validation test plans and reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Biology or related technical field with 9+ years relevant experience
Master's degree in related field with 7+ years relevant experience, or Doctoral degree with 4+ years
Demonstrated skills in design control processes and design change management
Experience with risk management, design validation, verification, and design transfer
Project management experience in GMP manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of statistics and cell culture techniques preferred

Compensation: $115,000–$145,000 base; eligible for bonus and incentive pay
