Shift: Evening Shift
Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining production standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform minor machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
- Accurately document production and quality information
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Job Requirements
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
