About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Execution in Government Solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales revenue growth within the government sector, leveraging a combination of strong business acumen, advanced analytical, and technical skills. This pivotal role involves overseeing the execution of strategic plans, leading data-driven decision-making processes, and ensuring the implementation of transformation initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the market. The VP will be responsible for strategy development, goal setting, and establishing an effective operating rhythm to enhance the employee experience. Collaboration with senior leadership and various teams is essential to align strategies and achieve sales goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with at least 7 years' in leading complex growth initiatives or business transformations. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. The role demands hands-on experience in designing and administering sales goals, territories, and KPI dashboards, particularly in Salesforce, as well as expert-level Excel skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large cross-functional teams, experience in a highly matrixed environment, and a background in sales and government agency interactions. Strong analytical, project management, and process improvement capabilities are a must, along with the ability to influence, negotiate, and create consensus both internally and with external clients.
