Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role. 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred). Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes. Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization. Experience crafting web‑based transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA. Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus. Experience with APIs is a plus. Experience with contact center integration projects. Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms. Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal. Strong collaboration and consensus‑building abilities. Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels. Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives. Broad application technology knowledge (e.g., SQL, use case writing, business process and system workflow documentation) and recognized expertise in two or more areas. Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change. Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions. Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups.
