Senior Associate - Collections Marketing

Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include campaign recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines. Conduct customer research studies to build organizational empathy and understanding for customers at the persona-level and customer experiences. Identify and build the case for new marketing and customer experience opportunities to pursue. Collaborate with channel & digital teams to deliver campaigns into the market. Write clear and concise test documents and test plans. Translate and communicate business goals into effective creative briefs. Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule. Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results. Collaborate with multiple partner teams and navigate/negotiate through a complex organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Military experience At least 2 years in brand strategy, product or digital marketing with experience in managing multiple channels on agency or client-side At least 2 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's degree Military experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
