Everyone is equally responsible for ensuring the experience of our guests is extraordinary. The words “no” and “it’s not my job” are never to be used. All duties—including cleanliness and maintenance—are shared. Always check the floor, service stations, restrooms, etc. for debris and do not pass it by if you notice something is needed. If you see something, say something! This role balances operational excellence with team development, focusing on building a culture of empowerment and growth. Team Leadership & Development (40%) Foster an environment of trust and empowerment Provide mentorship and career development guidance Lead daily pre‑shift meetings that inspire and educate Conduct performance reviews and development planning Identify and nurture future leaders Create and maintain training programs Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments Guest Experience (30%) Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery Support team members in making guest‑focused decisions Handle complex guest situations with grace and creativity Maintain and evolve service standards Build relationships with regular guests Guide the team in creating memorable experiences Operations Management (20%) Optimize front‑of‑house operations and flow Manage scheduling and labor costs Maintain service equipment and supplies Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams Monitor and maintain quality standards Analyze service metrics and implement improvements Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Business Development (10%) Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies Analyze sales data and guest feedback Implement revenue‑generating initiativesParticipate in community engagement efforts Support special events and programming Success Metrics Team Development Employee satisfaction scores Internal promotion rates Training program completion rates Staff retention metrics Guest Experience Guest satisfaction scores Return guest rates Online review ratings Guest recovery success rates Operational Excellence Labor cost management Service timing standards Health and safety compliance Revenue per seat hour Business Growth Sales targets Special event revenue Private dining bookings Community engagement metrics Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping required Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds Ability to move quickly between dining and kitchen areas Manual dexterity required for handling small items and operating POS systems Work is performed in a fast‑paced, indoor and outdoor environment with varying noise and temperature changes Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities EEO Statement Cheeky’s is an equal‑opportunity employer.
