Role Overview: As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the friendly and knowledgeable voice our customers connect with when they have questions or concerns about our products and services. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, allowing customers to feel valued, respected, and well taken care of.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, returns, product availability, and more.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, adhering to our brand standards in every customer interaction.
• Identify and resolve issues related to shipping, billing, and product usage with empathy and precision.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including fulfillment and merchandising, to swiftly address customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system, being meticulous and attentive to detail.
• Stay informed about product launches, promotions, and company policies to provide the most accurate support.

Who You Are:

• A confident communicator with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Capable of multitasking in a dynamic call center environment while maintaining a high quality of care.
• Professional, patient, and personable, even during challenging conversations.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in navigating CRM software, retail platforms, and order management systems.
• Experienced with 1-2 years in retail customer service, call centers, or hospitality preferred.
• Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
