Lead Salesforce DeveloperA rapidly growing fiber network provider is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to help bring critical Salesforce capabilities in-house and play a key role in building a modern, scalable platform. This individual will partner closely with a Salesforce Architect and engineering team to design and develop complex solutions within Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). This role is ideal for a hands-on senior/lead developer who thrives in high-growth environments, takes ownership, and can adapt communication style across technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You'll Do:Act as a lead, hands-on Salesforce developer, contributing directly to design and developmentBuild and scale solutions within Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity), including complex product configurationsDevelop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniscriptsDesign and implement product models, order decomposition, and provisioning workflowsPartner with architecture and business teams to translate evolving requirements into scalable solutionsCollaborate with internal engineers to bring development capabilities in-house from an external implementation partnerOwn code quality, testing, and platform stability across the development lifecycleContribute to technical documentation and mentor junior developers as the team grows6-month contract with extension or conversion potentialPay: $60-75/hr Fully remoteWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
