Senior Business Operations Specialist – The Boeing Company Position located in Plano, TX. Responsibilities Deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility, ambiguous, and ever‑changing environment. Support coordination and clarify analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long‑range business goals and develop business cases. Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases. Coordinate artifacts, presentations, and content for sharing at the highest levels of the company. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership. 3+ years’ experience with executive‑level communication plans (e.g., PowerPoint, email, oral presentations). 3+ years of experience developing executive‑level presentations, integrating technical and non‑technical content, and using appropriate technologies for integration and collaboration. 3+ years experience working across organizations and cross‑functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation, and completion. Experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions. 3+ years of experience developing and reporting performance metrics. Experience and/or ability to work with sensitive information and safeguard confidential information. Preferred Qualifications Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others’ needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adaptable to diverse personalities and receptive to feedback. Proficient with M365 (especially Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, pivot tables, charting) and PowerPoint; data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) are a plus. High level of digital proficiency. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Summary pay range: $126,650 – $171,350.
